Glawly provides an AI-powered legal intelligence platform for law firms and professional service providers. Our services include but are not limited to legal research, document analysis, automated workflows, and case management. The specific features available to you are determined by your subscription plan.

To access and use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights and ownership of the content and data that you upload, submit, or otherwise transmit to Glawly ("User Content"). You grant Glawly a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process and use your User Content solely to provide and improve the services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license without infringement of any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Glawly platform, including our software, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of Glawly Inc. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property.

6. Data Sharing with Tensflare Ltd

You acknowledge and agree that your User Content and other data may be shared with our sister company, Tensflare Ltd, a Nigeria company. This data sharing is necessary to provide, support, and develop our services, including data processing, technical support, and research. By using our services, you consent to this data transfer and sharing.

7. Disclaimers

THE GLAWLY PLATFORM AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
